I spent an afternoon with a tape measure, a pencil and sharpie pens, painting paper fans in gold, silver and bronze!
The pen tips are now worn and flattened out and going fuzzy around the edges from all the polka-dotting, but look at the results – elegant accessories for a Regency ball!
